Seminar two
These training events are run specifically for your team and tailored according to their unique needs. They can range from a 1.5 days interactive event to a more comprehensive 5-day training seminar.
In all cases, custom seminars use case studies and interactive sessions to introduce participants to key Service Design ideas and then demonstrate how to apply what they have learned to their own role or industry.
On longer seminars, participants benefit from the opportunity to apply Service Design methods to a team project relevant to your business challenges, alongside a member of the Engine team; and hear from inspirational, guest speakers who illustrate how they have applied Service Design in their organisation.
