Drivers of change - coming soon

Coming soon in the new year is a report commissioned by Engine and written by Lucy Kimbell.

Drivers of change for organisations around service over the next 3-5 years, is a bit of a mouthful but does what it says - exploring emerging motivations and priorities in near-future markets, both relating to service-specific organisations and those where service is involved.

The report was created through research interviews with a range of individuals from differing organisations and industries, market reports, surveys and academic research. Check out here for more information.

We’re pretty excited and hope to engage all sorts of people in conversations around the identified Drivers and what effect they may have on a range of industries and ways of working.

The drivers will be released in its own blog in a Dickensian, serial type way so that we have some time to explore a range of opinions around each one. We’re aiming to release 1 Driver every 2 weeks.
